  The staff at this location are always super helpful and cheerful. I had purchased my phone awhile back from them and every time I come in for help they always make the experience so memorable. The ladies and manager at this store are top notch. I've recommended them to all my family and friends. Keep up the great work !

  Exceptional service, yet again. The atmosphere in the store is professional yet casual and easy going. You can tell the ladies enjoy their jobs. I dealt with Cassie and she is very knowledgeable and knows the products well. She ensured my new phone and contract matched my needs. I wanted a case for my new phone as I didn’t want to leave the store with it unprotected but they didn’t have the case I wanted. Cassie when online and found the case I preferred but it was going to be a couple weeks before they could get it into the store. She called another store, south of Courtenay, to inquire if they carried the product. They did but it would take a couple of days. Cassie knew I was apprehensive about leaving with my phone unprotected so she provided me with a lender case to use until mine arrived. I was thrilled as I was prepared to purchase a case I really did not want. Cassie went above and beyond what I was expecting and I left a very happy customer. I would highly recommend this business to everyone as ALL the staff are very helpful and friendly. Keep up the exceptional customer service Cassie and thanks again for making the process painless for me. :)
