  My elderly mother went there to buy some shoes she was ignored and disrespected she told me that the manager smelled intoxicated. This store advertises as if they have fabulous deals where actually they sell old styles for full price.. careful they will not refund and often don’t have sizes you need. Next time we will shop online save money get better selection

  They don't even deserve one star. My elderly grandmother went to Searles to find a pair of shoes because she has trouble with her feet and finding shoes. Searles advertised as specialty shoe service. She went in, and she assumes it was the owner, made a rude comment about her feet which made her even more self conscience. She brought her service else where and was treated with respect. I would not recommend Searles to anyone after this demonstration of poor customer service.
