  Pure audio is the most professional, friendly, and affable audio shop we have ever come across. Their knowledge on products, and systems is astounding. We will continue to return to Pure Audio because of their level of customer care, and welcoming atmosphere. All of the staff are helpful, especially Steve the owner. They do not try and sell you expensive equipment that you do not need, but instead, guide you to the most suitable equipment for your needs. They are a pleasure to visit, which means we are there a lot!

  Easily the best in the valley. These guys didn't just tell me what was good, give me a crappy preview and call it done. They answered every question I had thoroughly, informed me of things I didn't know, and gave me the most descriptive help I could ask for. They were also very transparent with me, as opposed to places like McKay's. And this was all just for choosing the speakers. Once they installed it, they went above and beyond for me. They helped get my car as equipped as it needed to be, rather than just make some slapdash job and call it a day (Like FutureShop did with me 6 years ago, the buggers). They didn't need to do as much as they did for how long they did to get my speakers installed, but they put in the little bit of extra effort and time to make sure my sound system was as it should be, and it's that attention to detail that makes these guys my go-to for car audio now. Love my new sound system!
